We work out what the problem really is
We sit down with the people who do the work and map what actually happens today — the spreadsheets, the copy-paste, the thing that always goes wrong on a Friday. Often this stage ends with us telling you that an existing product would do the job cheaper. We would rather say that than sell you something you do not need.

We write the agreement together
Scope, price, timeline, what support means in practice, who owns what, and what happens if you want to leave. Nothing about the arrangement is left to be discovered later — if it matters to you, it goes in the agreement before we start building.

We design and build it
You see working software early and often, not a demo at the end. We build the same way we build our own products — the automation engine behind Flovello and the bookkeeping system behind Quill are both ours, so you can look at the standard of the work before you commit to it.

We run it, and keep it running
Handover is not the end. We host the application, watch it, patch it, keep it secure, and answer the phone when something is wrong — that is what the monthly fee is for. When the business changes and you want the software to change with it, we scope that work and quote it, the same way we quoted the original build.
What we take responsibility for
There is no separate hosting provider to chase and no support contract to negotiate on the side. It is one agreement, with us.
Design and development
The interface, the logic, the integrations with the systems you already use. Built by us, not subcontracted out.
Hosting and operations
We run it on the same European infrastructure our own products run on, with backups, monitoring, and security updates handled.
Support
A real person who knows your system, not a ticket queue. Response times are written into the agreement so you know what you are getting.
Room to grow
New features are their own piece of work, scoped and quoted when you want them — but by the team that already knows the system, so nobody is billing you to learn it.

Two numbers, both agreed with you up front and written into the agreement.
One-time
The build
Covers the design and development of the first working version. Set once we both understand the scope — never a number we invent before we have heard the problem.
Monthly
Running it
Covers hosting, monitoring, backups, security updates, and support — one predictable fee for keeping the application healthy and available. New feature work is quoted separately, so the monthly fee stays small and you decide when to spend more.
On the price itself
We are a small, deliberately lean company. There is no sales team taking a cut, no account manager between you and the developer, and no office to pay for. That shows up in the quote: you are paying for the work itself, not for the overhead stacked around it. And because the monthly fee covers running the application rather than a standing team, it is deliberately small.
We will not pretend to know your number before we know your problem — but we price it so that a small business can realistically say yes. Ask, and you will get a figure quickly.
